Zachor Legal Institute, a non-profit, non-partisan civil rights organization, assists states in enforcing their Anti-Boycott Laws, which prohibit discriminatory boycotts. These laws typically require states to divest from and/or avoid contracting with companies that engage in boycotts targeting specific countries, like Israel, unless federally sanctioned.

Zachor investigates companies suspected of engaging in discriminatory boycotts of Israel, and based upon the results of this research, provides states with “Scrutinized Company Reports,” identifying companies and detailing violations of these laws. These reports help states maintain compliance, uphold non-discrimination principles, and support the fight against discriminatory practices.
